A Journey Defined by Excellence:

My professional voyage commenced with an MBA in Human Resources from Panjab University’s University Business School in 2006. From there, I ventured into the corporate realm in Gurugram, Haryana, delivering impactful HR solutions for esteemed organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Eicher Motors, PepperTap, and Twenty-Two Motors (now Bounce Infinity). My journey continued from there to consulting. I embarked on consulting assignments with industry leaders like OD Alternatives, Corporate Shiksha, and Salto Dee Fe.

In 2022, I embarked on a pioneering entrepreneurial path. My mission: to provide top-tier HR solutions to burgeoning organizations and to give back to the HR community through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.

Today, I’m the guiding force behind HR strategies and execution for clients spanning the BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, Fashion, NGO, and Logistics sectors.

My mentoring & coaching clients (professionals with 8-15 years of experience) hail from diverse industries, including Aviation, Ecommerce, IT, Manufacturing, and pioneering start-ups.

StorySideUp: A Beacon of Insight:

StorySideUp originated as my personal blog in 2013, a testament to my optimism and belief in examining every narrative from all angles, especially as an HR professional. The name signifies the importance of embracing brightness and considering all perspectives during discussions.

A Glimpse into My Personal World:

I reside in New Delhi, India, within a harmonious joint family setting. I cherish my morning routine, a sacred time that includes invigorating yoga and meditation sessions. I ensure I take out time to immerse myself in books, and indulging in the exhilarating world of Tennis and Cricket matches.

Inspired by my daughters’ love for storytelling, I embarked on an exciting journey to become an author. To date, I’ve published three cherished children’s picture books, captivating the hearts of young readers.
